BEST Russian manicure and Japanese gel in the Bay. I’ve been getting acrylic or other forms of fake nails for 15 years and no one does it better than Wendy. Seriously, she has a gift. I don’t trust anyone else. She helped me move away from acrylic and dip powder and discover Japanese builder gel and my nails have never looked healthier. Love her to bits and couldn’t recommend anything better!
